What the Goddamn Hell is She Wearing?
Holy crap. What a way to start off our new feature entitled, "What the Goddamn Hell are They Wearing?". Oh Beyonce. Is your mom STILL laying out your clothes for you? I don't know where to being on this one.
Her mother designs her costumes doesn't she? When she did this one she must've been thinking about a "little ballerina in a tutu" and made it black. Eeeek!!
