I swear. I looked at this picture of Chris Brown finally getting his ass busy performing his court-ordered community service and thought he was in Arcata, California (where they grow the good stuff), helping out the local growers.
Supposedly, he's in Richmond, Virginia "pulling weeds and picking up trash" (**COUGHgroupiesCOUGH**). I don't believe a word of it.

I've been to Richmond a few times. It don't look like that. Maybe on a dirty back road somewhere, but believe me, that don't look like no Richmond to me. The Commonwealth of Virginia...where the common have no wealth, and Chris is gardening. Woot!
