I know. I'm an idiot about stuff like this. Felix and Dayna flew to NY yesterday to visit her family. Then I see THIS. So what if it happened a day later, on a different airline from a different city?? It still coulda been them as far as I'm concerned. Goddammit.
Cyndy--you KNOW what I'm talkin' about, don't you? Is that the red Harborview Emergency helicopter I see? Oh GOD. One of our kids just crashed somewhere! Yeah. That's how nutty women think.

Oh I SO GET THAT...and I don't even have kids. Whenever Jim was late getting home, and I'd hear sirens or the GD helicopters (which were a constant in my old 'hood) I'd immediately think the worst.
Just to make you feel better, that plane was on its way to Seattle.

Actually it was on its way to Charlotte, NC!!
Even tho' plane crashes are one of my biggest fear (I'm such a white-knuckle flyer) I am drawn to the news stories like a moth to a flame. Had to scour the Internet for stories this a.m.
My middle name is NIT PICK.
NC was the layover on the way to Seattle. ;=)
