Oh yeah. It's that time again...FELIX!!

It's all about those big eyes...
and the Michael Jackson onesie!

Leanin' on Mim's "shelf"

He's irresistable.

It's been awhile since I posted pictures of my grandson, Felix. Most of you know he's my son Alex's baby. Alex and his gorgeous wife Dayna are IN for it in a few years...I can just see it in Felix's eyes.

It's only fair, if you ask me.

Johnny Depp Leaves Waiter $4000 Tip!

Saint Johnny
Could he BE a little more awesome??
Every time I hear a story of Johnny Depp being a gracious sweetheart, I think he couldn't possibly get anymore wonderful. But here he goes again:

"Actor Johnny Depp reportedly stunned a waiter in Chicago after leaving a $4,000 tip following a late-night dinner.

Digitalspy reports that the 'Public Enemies' star had been dining at Gibsons steakhouse with friends, including co-star Marion Cotillard and director Michael Mann, following the movie's premiere.
Speaking to RadarOnline, waiter Mohammed Sekhani said: "He may be one of the most famous actors in the world but he is a very humble guy and a really cool dude.

"Obviously, I was delighted with his tip but he has always been very generous every time that he has visited us here at Gibsons."
Sekhani went on to say that Depp, who arrived at the restaurant at around 11.30pm, had ordered "some $500 bottles of Italian wine" and a range of appetizers for his guests before leaving at 2.30am.

"He is a very soft spoken guy who is very charming and sweet - when I wait for him he doesn't like to be too fussed over and is not in any way demanding."
He's the new Saint. Move over Angelina.

President Obama and First Lady Michelle Looked Like Stars at Governors Dinner

Breathtaking First Couple

Michelle Obama makes it look so easy, doesn't she? How many women with real bodies can make a dress look better than it did on the model?

They both looked wonderful at this past weekend's Governors Dinner held at the White House.

Angelina at 15 - Even THEN...

...she was a stunner. Most 15 year old kids go through that weird, gawky stage. Not our Angie! Wow...check these photos out. Apparently, they were one of her first modeling shoots.

Then that little 8th grader turned into this:

And no...I will never grow weary of Angie and her freakish beauty.

Beyonce` Has a Big Mouth!

"AT LAST!"
Let's hope she finds a better dress than this one...
So the next time you have a really juicy secret...just don't tell Beyonce`. She'll go on Entertaiment Tonight and blab all your shit to Mary Hart.
Apparently, the song she is going to sing for the Obama's First Inaugural Dance was supposed to be a secret. Not anymore, ya'll.

Beyonce will sing for Barack and Michelle Obama's first dance on inauguration night - and she's chosen a fitting tune to welcome the first black President into office.
While the Presidential Inaugural Committee had hoped to keep the song under wraps, the singer spilled the beans, telling Entertainment Tonight, "To sing 'At Last' while [the Obamas] have their first dance is a dream come true."

I wonder how Etta James feels about this, seeing as how it's her signature song. Probably old.
By the way, Miss James is playing in Seattle later this month. I think I'd rather hear "At Last" sung by the amazing original.

Seattle SNOW!! **UPDATE ON COOKIES**

So, so pretty... Snowy Space Needle!

We woke up to 6-7 inches of snow this morning!! We NEVER get snow this early in the season, and it's just lovely.
Here's the thing about Seattle snow, though. Everyone FREAKS. RIGHT. OUT. It's not like the midwest or east coast, where road crews are prepared for this kind of weather. No no no. Everything comes to a complete STOP. The freeways are a mess, and the offramps are even worse. Stephen was all set to go to work today--they were having a nice potluck at lunch. He had been making his amazing chili, from scratch of course last night. (Does anyone else get an uncontrollable hacking cough from onions? I felt like my chest was filling up with noxious fumes and I was going to keel over in a sweat! What was THAT all about?) So, Stephen was getting ready to go to work this morning, and I was trying not to sound like a total alarmist, BUT, when the local news is on for SIX straight hours due to the weather and traffic sitch, you better take notice! I told him I could just see him: Some dumbass rearending his car--and scalding chili splattering all over him. I may have made my point, because he's home. We're going to make delicious cookies and decorate them. Here's the recipe were using:

CHEWY SUGAR COOKIES

Ingredients
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup softened butter
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 to 4 tablespoons buttermilk
Sprinkles or colored sugar, for decorating
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in dry ingredients. Add enough of the buttermilk to moisten the dough and make it soft, not wet.
Roll rounded teaspoons of dough into balls and place on a ungreased cookie sheet. With a brush or fingers, moisten the top of each cookie with the remaining buttermilk and slightly flatten the top of each cookie. Sprinkle with raw sugar or colored sprinkles.
We're using a decorating pen and filling it with melted chocolate. Mmmmm.
Let me know if any of you try this recipe!!

Oh. My. Goodness. These cookies are pure perfection. They didn't need ANYTHING like chocolate on them...we just brushed them with buttermilk and sprinkled with superfine plain, white sugar. They are chewy and amazing!

My Weekly Brad and Angelina Worship...

Who can be this good-natured about nearly
being knocked over by over-zealous fans?
ANGELINA, that's who!
Who looks this fantastic after giving birth to twins?
ANGELINA, that's who!

Imagine StupidPaltrow in this situation. Of course, you'll have to pretend she has a crowd of people actually excited to see her! HAHAHA! Bitchface would have had a complete hissy fit and run away on her Huffy bike. Then she would've given an oh-so-serious statement: "Don't you remember what happened to Princess Diana?? That could've been ME! Waaahwaaah!" Angelina and Brad? THEY know it's not the end of the world. So Angie gets pushed a little...so what? "Jesus, Brad! Did you see that? I nearly got my teeth knocked out! HAHAHAAA!"

Seriously though? It's refreshing to see these two laughing and seemingly realizing how absolutely ridiculous this part of their lives can be. They seem genuinely happy.

That ends our daily worship hour of Saints Angelina and Bradley. Amen.

Brad is Perfect. Angelina is Perfect. Shiloh is Perfect. The End.

>

Taraji P. Hensen and some guy who's in her movie.

Do NOT look directly at all this beauty. It's just TOO MUCH.

People Magazine writes:

Taraji P. Henson may be playing Brad Pitt's mother in their upcoming film, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, but it is "Brad and Angie" who have the "parenting thing mapped out," she says. "There are some parents who are meant to be parents of multiple [children]. They were chosen," Henson told PEOPLE at Sean 'Diddy' Combs' birthday bash and Barack Obama victory party sponsored by Ciroc Vodka on Wednesday night. "We all know that he is an incredible artist, but he really is a great person and a great father," Henson adds of Pitt, who is dad to six kids with Angelina Jolie. The Jolie-Pitts "spend one-on-one time with each child everyday," says Henson. "[Brad] would bring a different child to the set every day and spend all day with that one child. I never saw a nanny. It was always him, Angelina, or his parents." So, what happened when Angelina first visited the set? "She had Shiloh, and [Brad] grabbed my hand and was like, 'Taraji Taraji, come over here and meet Angie. Come and meet Angie,'" she recounts. "He was dragging me and I [thought], 'These are the coolest, most real and most down-to-earth people.' "

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button hits theatres Christmas day.

They are so stunningly perfect, I can't stand to look at them.

I love that Shi doesn't have a rigid haircut (like someone ELSE we know). Just cute little blonde, wispy, normal hair. Oh, and Shiloh doesn't have stinky feet. (See her socks? Mum knows how to properly dress and take care of a toddler.)
