Evan Chandler, father of Jordy Chandler, Michael Jackson's accuser commits suicide.

photo:Mirror.Co.UK
 Evan Chandler, dead at 65

Ewwww. Now this, you  guys. Sigh. Just read it for yourselves. I can't. I just can't.

via MirrorCo.UK:

"Slumped on his bed with a single bullet wound to the head, Evan Chandler was barely recognisable as the prominent Beverly Hills citizen he had once been.

The 65-year-old dentist who accused Michael Jackson of molesting his young son killed himself in his waterfront flat.

Police said he was still holding the .38-calibre revolver when his body was found on November 5.

And as details of his death were released this week, it emerged his face had been mutilated by a string of cosmetic procedures.

He was also known to regularly use botox and cosmetic fillers in an obsessive DIY bid to enhance his fading looks.

Neighbours say Chandler became a recluse in his last years, shutting himself inside the 16th-floor flat.

Police found five different prescription drugs in the apartment but was no suicide note. What’s clear is Chandler died a broken man, gravely ill and estranged from his family.

A relative said: “Evan began to develop tremendous mood swings. He was always depressed. He stopped coming to family events because he was afraid of being recognised. That turned into permanent estrangement.

The tragedy is that Chandler’s suicide  can be directly linked to the allegations he fired at the King of Pop. Once a  handsome, high-flying professional, Chandler saw his life turned upside down by his son Jordy’s claims against Jackson.

In 1993, Chandler reported Jackson to the authorities, claiming the singer molested 13-year-old Jordy. A grand jury was convened to look into the charges.

Chandler claimed he became concerned about the star’s relationship with his son after a number of creepy sleepovers and tried to get an order stopping Jackson from seeing Jordy. He blamed ex-wife June for letting their son visit Jacko in return for gifts and holidays."

So, now what? I don't even know where to go with this now. Did he do this because he felt guilty? And guilty for what exactly? Here are your choices:

1.) Guilty for allowing his pre-teen son stay with a strange grown man, who was a wealthy celebrity, by the way, and who may have molested said son?

2.) Guilty for allowing his pre-teen son stay with a strange grown man, who was a wealthy celebrity, by the way, and who may have molested said son--but maybe DIDN'T--but he accused him ANYWAY? And pocketed $20 million in the process?

At this point? I don't even know anymore.

Help.

Michael Jackson's "This Is It" Premiere in Los Angeles Last Night

Why the GoddamnHELL was Paris Hilton invited? Oh, that's right. Her mom, Kathy says she "went to school with Michael". Really? All I've heard is how those Jackson kids were tutored. (Wait. My mind just crawled into the gutter. Was Kathy a "tutor" for those boys? Nevermind.) AND, of course Paris claims that Michael named his daughter Paris AFTER HER.

So here's Paris Hilton, trying to looked serious and fierce (instead she just looks raggedy in a homemade safety pin 1990s Versace Halloween costume a` la Elizabeth Hurley from back in the day.) Sigh. You know what? I work damn hard on this blog, and I wasn't asked to attend this Premiere.

Ugh. Parisite.

The film itself sounds like it was quite a powerful experience. Prior to the showing, director/choreographer and good friend of Michael's spoke:

via TheHollywoodInsider.com

"Before the two-hour film began, Director Kenny Ortega (pictured with Jermaine) tried to explain what the late pop singer was hoping to accomplish with the tour and why they chose the massive Nokia Theatre to premiere the movie.

“Tonight we come together in the name of one of the greatest entertainers known in our times and a man whose heart pumped to make this world a better place: Michael Jackson,” Ortega said. “This Is It is, and always has been from the time we started, for the fans. The Nokia became our first residence. It is where we held auditions and where Michael hand-selected many of the creative artists who joined him for this. It is with great pride that we are premiering it here tonight.”

Is it just me, or do Tito, Jackie and Marlon
look positively ecstatic being back in the limelight?
Enjoy it, fellas. Ain't gonna last.

Of COURSE I'm going to see this film. Are you guys?

Trailer for Michael Jackson's "This is It" Film

I have to say this film looks pretty spectacular and interesting. Yes, it's yet another way for the Jackson family (excluding Janet, who has scruples) to mooch a bit more of a financial gain from Michael's death.

Jermaine is beginning to irritate me just as much as Father Joe. Aside from wanting to bury Michael where he never wanted to be buried (Neverland Ranch), he's still trying to rustle up some performers for the now-delayed "tribute" concert for Michael. Dude? Let him rest in peace. I wonder if Jermaine was secretly pissed that Janet performed an awesome tribute last night during the MTV Video Music Awards. How about letting that performance be the "tribute"?

Yes, I'll most likely see "This is It"when it hits theatres next month. The scale and sound alone should be fantastic. I never saw Michael in concert, and I suppose this will be the closest thing to seeing him in person.

Will you go?

MTV VMA Michael Jackson Tribute Promo

As I mentioned, Janet Jackson will be opening the MTV Video Music Awards with a tribute to her brother Michael, this Sunday evening.
This is a pretty cool ad. Are you guys gonna watch?

Janet Jackson to perform tribute to Michael at VMA's

"Dunk" - MJ's nickname for sister, Janet Jackson;
as in "gadunka dunk" - Big Booty

It sounds as though Miss Jackson will be performing a huge tribute at the MTV VMAs to her brother--perhaps even opening the show.

TMZ reports that Janet Jackson is working overtime to prepare a spectacular Michael Jackson tribute for this year's VMAs, which take place on Sunday. The tribute piece will reportedly involve 20 backup dancers, trained by world-class choreographers such as Frank Gatson and Travis Payne. According to Kryiss Grant, one of the dancers, rehearsals for the tribute have lasted up to 15 hours a day, and when people see what Janet has in store for them, "there won't be a dry eye in the house."

I think I'm watching it this year...will you?

The Jackson Family is Not Pleased with TV Coverage from Choppers During Funeral

 Janet, Randy and Jermaine Jackson
at Michael's funeral last night.

Yeah, I'm shocked, too, that the Jackson's didn't appreciate CNN and other news organizations having the nerve to fly over Michael's funeral at Forest Lawn last night. HA! You know why, don't you? Because they plan on selling a dvd and/or show excerpts on their upcoming TV show, forpitysake. It has NOTHING to do with privacy. (I'm excluding Janet from this entire rant, by the way.)

If Joe and Jermaine had their way, Michael would've been buried at that garish Grace Neverland and everyone knows it--even though Michael never wanted to go back to that place. Thank goodness Mother Katherine and the Jackson women stood up to them.

Seriously, if that family wanted "privacy", they would have buried him right after the coronor returned Michael's brain to his head. They never would have told media outlets when the funeral would be held.

How stupid do the Jackson men think we are? Because I know exactly how stupid they are. Hmmph.

Michael Jackson's Funeral is Underway...Finally Laid to Rest.

Rest in Peace, Michael Jackson...finally.

Family, friends arriving at Forest Lawn
for Michael Jackson's funeral this evening.

As I am writing this, Michael Jackson's funeral is taking place in Glendale, California. It's sort of being televised, but not in its entirety. (I have a sneaking suspicion it may show on up DVD at some point, but that's the cynic in me. I just wouldn't put it past Joe.)

Anyway. Lisa Marie Presley (Michael's first ex-wife) was seen crying when the casket was brought into the mourning area. Corey Feldman, Chris Tucker, Macaulay Culkin and girlfriend Mila Kunis, and Dame Elizabeth Taylor were all in attendance. (Miss Taylor looked unbelievably gorgeous, I must say.) Of course, Michael's darling children arrived, Prince Michael hanging close to "Blanket", and Paris looking very stoic in eyeglasses. They really are beautiful children.

I feel a bit badly for making light of the burial of Michael Jackson earlier today...but gee, 70 days since he died and he's just now being buried? All I know is, we have not heard even remotely the end of this story. We still don't have an arrest in his homicide. That will happen any day now, I guarantee it. Dr. Conrad Murray will be arrested, then we'll have the trial...many months (years?) of trying to get to the bottom of Michael Jackson's death.

It's so cliche` to say, but Michael's music really was a soundtrack to periods of my life, just like millions of others. One funny one is when "Off the Wall" came out in 1979...I really wanted to be his friend. I was living in Ventura, California at the time, and I thought if I could just be Michael's friend, maybe he'd find some normalcy. What a weirdo I was...but I can't help but remember that time in my life and how much I LOVED Michael Jackson.

Once again. Rest in Peace, Michael.

We're goin to the chapel and we're...gonna get BURIED.

via TMZ
Joe and Katherine Jackson's fancy ride to the funeral.
MJ and Mac, back in the day.

I know. Gross. What else am I supposed to say? Other than, "it's about GD time someone buried that poor man"? Jaaayzus.

Today, Michael Jackson is finally being buried today in the Great Mausoleum at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, California. It's being rumored that Macaulay Culkin will be in attendance, but we don't know for sure. What appears to be true, is that invitations were mailed out to close friends and family members. The invitation indicates that there will be an "after-burial celebration" at Villa Sorriso Ristorante in Glendale.

Seems to me that divulging that information is kind of an invitation for the freeeaks to show up--uninvited.

More details later....

Lethal Levels of Propofol Found In Michael Jackson's System - Ruled as HOMOCIDE. Big, fat surprise?

MJ's still not buried, by the way.

Coroner's sealed documents have been opened and it's being revealed that a lethal level of Propofol was indeed in Michael Jackson's system at the time of his death.

The L.A. Times is reporting:

"L.A. County coroner's officials found lethal levels of the powerful anesthetic propofol after examining Michael Jackson's body, according to a search warrant affidavit unsealed today in Houston.

On the morning Jackson died, Murray tried to induce sleep without using propofol, according to the affidavit. He said he gave Jackson valium at 1:30 a.m. When that didn't work, he said, he injected lorazepam intravenously at 2 a.m. At 3 a.m., when Jackson was still awake, Murray administered midazolam.

Over the next few hours, Murray said he gave Jackson various drugs. Then at 10:40 a.m., Murray administered 25 milligrams of propofol after Jackson repeatedly demanded the drug, according to the court record.

[Updated at 12:45 p.m.: Although Murray acknowledged to police that he administered Profofol, authorities said they could find no evidence that he had purchased, ordered or obtained the medication under his medical license or DEA tracking number. However, police detectives saw about eight bottles of Propofol in the house along with other vials and pills that had been prescribed to Jackson by Dr. Murray, Dr. Arnold Klein and Dr. Allan Metzger."

I'll say it again: They are gonna put a bitch in jaaaail. At least one of these doctors (most certainly Dr. Murray) will be charged with manslaughter.

Dr. Conrad Murray May be Charged With Manslaughter Any Second Now.

That's right. Keep smiling. Everything's just FINE.

I really hope the LAPD has their shit together this time. Lord knows, they've effed up way too many high-profile cases in the past. (Makes you wonder how they handle "low-profile" cases, but whatever, right? EYE ROLL!) At least some other authorities are involved to help them out.

FOXNews is reporting that Michael Jackson's personal "doctor", Conrad Murray may be charged with manslaughter within the next couple of weeks.

"The source initially said Dr. Conrad Murray could be arrested as soon as next Wednesday -- but investigators have decided to execute one more search warrant, likely at a Los Angeles pharmacy, next week in an attempt to gather more evidence against him. The arrest is now expected the following week.

Murray isn't the only doctor who faces criminal charges in connection with Jackson's death on June 25. A law enforcement source told FOXNews.com that Jackson's longtime dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein, will be hit with charges related to medical malpractice. Investigators are still building their case against Klein, and he will not be arrested for at least another two weeks, the source said.

The Los Angeles District Attorney's office is currently in talks with investigators about whether they will offer Murray the option of surrendering in Los Angeles, or if he will be arrested in Houston, where he is currently staying.

Investigators initially had hoped to charge Murray with a more serious crime than manslaughter -- a defendant may be charged with second degree murder in California without the presence of a motive -- but prosecutors are concerned that a jury will be unlikely to convict without one, sources said. Unless a "smoking gun" is found in next week's search, Murray will be charged with manslaughter."

Can a syringe and a gross of Propofol be considered a "smoking gun"?

Michael Jackson may be finally laid to rest on his birthday at Forest Lawn?

The Great Mausoleum at Forest Lawn Cemetary
Will Joe and Jermaine set up shop outside Forest Lawn?
"Getcher Michael Jackson Funeral Memorabilia, ya'll!"

Let's see. The words TRAINWRECK, MEDIA CIRCUS, JACKSON FAMILY STREET VENDORS, INC. come to mind now that it's been announced that Michael will finally be rolled out of that freezer he's been cooped up in and actually buried. It's being said that Michael will be laid to rest in the Great Mausoleum at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, California.

If the Jackson Family thinks for one minute that that fans, paparazzi, media outlets and waaaay too may helicopters flying overhead won't be there for this "private" funeral, they are all insane.

Why Hasn't Michael Jackson Been Buried Yet?

MJ's being frozen until
someone buries this poor man.

I'll tell you why: $.

Michael Jackson still hasn't been laid to rest because Jermaine Jackson is hoping to bury him at Graceland...I mean, Neverland, even though Michael did not WANT to be buried there. It's being reported that some of the Jackson family are "appalled" by Jermaine's notion of burying Michael at the one place he did not wish to be laid to rest. After Michael was acquitted of child molestation charges (back in what, 2005?), he didn't want to live there anymore. He felt the place had been sullied by the police and investigators diggy-doggin' around his stuff, so he just left.

Jermaine? You look like a money-grubber right about now, and it's not cool. Your poor mother, Katherine is having to visit her dead son in some sort of freezer somewhere because YOU won't agree to burying him with dignity. Believe me, ya'll are making plenty of money off Michael's death--and it's kind of gross.

Does everything have to be a spectacle and all about money in relation to Michael Jackson?

Don't answer that. Sigh.

Harper's Bazaar and Agyness Deyn Pay Tribute to Michael Jackson

How cute is Agyness Deyn all Michael Jacksoned up for the cover of the September issue of Harper's Bazaar? Sadly, this cover is only for subscribers. Hmmph.

This S*#t is CRAZY! Egyptian Bust Looks EXACTLY Like Michael Jackson...

Michael? Is that YOU?

Remember the Time Pictures, Images and Photos
MJ in his Egyptian-themed
"Remember the Time" video garb.

...to the tip of its NOSE! Holy crap, ya'll. Of course, it's simply called,
'limestone statue of a woman', which measures 25 cm high by 35 cm wide. Wow.

via The Telegraph UK:

"It is on display at the Inside Ancient Egypt exhibition at The Field Museum in the United States.

The bust was bought in Cairo in 1889 and has been on display at the museum for 21 years.

But its popularity has soared since Michael Jackson's death after fans started writing about the ancient statue on internet blogs.

The bust was carved during the New Kingdom Period, which ran between 1550 BC to 1050 BC.

This was around the same time as famous Egyptians Ramesses and King Tut."

What a weird coincidence. Are their Elvis and Tupac busts, too? Because here we GO, ya'll. Hope on board to Crazytown.

Michael Jackson's Chef Recalls the Sad Day...

Kai Chase, Michael Jackson's family chef
Janet Jackson, comforting Paris, Blanket and Prince

Via CNN, Larry King LIVE:

Celebrity chef Kai Chase was Michael Jackson’s personal chef at the time of his death. She was working in his home the day he died. Below are her chilling memories of the events that day. Kai will be Larry’s guest Thursday night.

"

The Jackson home was a very loving environment. I worked there on and off since March as Mr. Jackson’s personal chef. In that time, I got to know the kids well. We bonded immediately. They are wonderful children — loving, giving, caring and very close as siblings go. You would never know their dad was one of the most famous people on Earth. Paris-Prince-Funeral

Mr. Jackson was a great father. He was lenient in the evenings. He loved to let them stay up late, watch movies, and eat popcorn at night; but the days were fairly regimented. There was time set aside for study, theater and dance. The house was always filled with games, laughter and music. This makes what happened on June 25th all the more difficult.

The day of Mr. Jackson’s death, I didn’t see him. But his room was upstairs, so that wasn’t unusual. Dr. Conrad Murray had been coming over daily since I returned to the Jackson house in the beginning of June. He would normally arrive around 9 a.m. and leave shortly after lunch. I didn’t really know him well, but everyone in the house was friendly with each other, and he was no exception.

Dr. Murray usually came down to the kitchen around 10 a.m. to get Mr. Jackson something to eat or drink, but on June 25th he didn’t come downstairs. Again, this didn’t strike me as that unusual — I thought maybe Mr. Jackson’s rehearsal time had been pushed back and he was sleeping late.

I went on with my daily routine, and started preparing lunch. Mr. Jackson and the kids would usually have lunch around 12:30, but that was flexible depending on what was going on that day. Much has been made of Mr. Jackson’s eating habits and weight prior to his death. He seemed to have normal eating habits to me.

At noon on June 25th, I remember looking at my cell phone to check the time. About 5 or 10 minutes after I did that, Dr. Murray came running halfway down the stairs that led to the kitchen, screaming “Hurry, get Prince, get security.” Clearly, something was very wrong.

I instantly felt the energy in the house change. It was normally a warm, happy home. In an instant that feeling was gone. The mood became very unsettling. I tried to continue with my lunch preparations, but the house became chaotic. Security guards were rushing by, the housekeepers were crying, Paris was screaming “Daddy, Daddy.” The children knew something was very wrong. This was their father — the only person they have in the world. We weren’t told what was going on, but you could feel things were very bad. We eventually gathered everyone together in a circle — the three kids, all the staff — and we prayed. “God, please let everything be O.K. with Mr. Jackson.”

Around 1:15 or 1:30p.m security told all the employees to leave the house. We asked if Mr. Jackson was all right, and were just told he had been taken to the hospital. We still didn’t know what was happening, but the sight of a stretcher in the foyer of the house earlier told me things were not good. Still, I didn’t learn of Mr. Jackson’s death until later that day on the radio.

It was a devastating day, and one I will never forget."

What a chilling statement. I look forward to seeing Ms. Chase on Larry King tomorrow night.

Oh. I'm so shocked. Dr. Conrad Murray admits he gave Michael Jackson the Propofol. Whaaaa? Pssssh.

Um, Dr. Murray? Wipe that smug smile off your face.
You'll soon be in a cell with Bubba.
Oh, and in case you hadn't heard,
this is NOT to be used like
UNISOM, ya'll. Durrrrr.

Didn't I just say this very thing yesterday? Good Lord. I'd charge a lot less than these people investigating this a-hole "doctor". I KNOW things, and everyone should know that by now.

updated 3:19 p.m. PT, Mon., July 27, 2009

LOS ANGELES - Michael Jackson’s personal doctor administered a powerful anesthetic to help him sleep, and authorities believe the drug is what killed the pop singer, a law enforcement official told The Associated Press on Monday.

The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation is ongoing, said Jackson regularly received propofol to sleep, a practice far outside the drug’s intended purpose. On June 25, the day Jackson died, Dr. Conrad Murray gave him the drug sometime after midnight, the official said.

Murray became Jackson’s personal physician in May and was to accompany him to London for a series of concerts starting in July. He was staying with Jackson in a rented Los Angeles mansion and, according to Chernoff, found an unconscious Jackson in the pop star’s bedroom the morning of June 25. Murray attempted to revive him but could not.

Police searching Jackson’s home after his death found propofol and other drugs, an IV line and three tanks of oxygen in Jackson’s bedroom, and 15 more oxygen tanks in a security guard’s shack.

Propofol can depress breathing and lower heart rates and blood pressure. Because of the risks, propofol is only supposed to be administered in hospitals. Instructions on the drug’s package warn that patients must be continuously monitored, and that equipment to maintain breathing, to provide artificial ventilation, and to administer oxygen if needed “must be immediately available.”

Jackson had trouble sleeping and the official said he enlisted various doctors to administer propofol, relying on the drug like an alarm clock. He would decide what time he wanted to awaken and at the appointed hour a doctor would stop the intravenous drip that delivered the drug, the official said."

All together now: "They're gonna put a bitch in jaaaaaail."

All Kinds of Michael Jackson Crap and Rumors

Yikes

A jar of noses? (Isn't that the name of a band?) A closet full of drugs, namely the Propofol? Dr. Conrad Murray calling his office to seek and destroy MJ's records from a storage unit before having someone else call 911 -- because Michael was already dead, then telling the paramedics unit NOT to declare him dead because he had "higher medical authority than the EMTs"? The paramedics not even recognizing Michael, saying he looked like a "frail old man"? Good Lord.

This story gets worse every. Single. Day. Oh, yeah. They found a shitload of money (CASH!) belonging to Michael in some other dude's possession. Actually, he turned it in...but still.

Think this mess can't get any worse? Just wait. I swear to God, though. I better NOT see any photos of MJ's body from the L.A. County Coroner's Office. A bunch of a-holes went in to gape at Michael's corpse and then blab to the tabloids about its appearance. Gross. I don't wanna hear about it, read about it and I better not see it. Ya hear me talkin' to ya?

I'll say it again. Those poor kids (aka The Jackson 3, if Gramps has his way).

My prediction: They're gonna put this bitch in jail.

I'll bet Dr. Conrad ain't smilin' now.

Peace, indeed.

I am the new Miss Cleo. And by that I mean, I'm going to look into the future and state the obvious: Dr. Conrad Murray is gonna go to jail, ya'll. Yah...thah's what me thought! (Okay, my Jamaican accent is just as crappy is Miss Cleo's.) So listen up, my babies:

TMZ is reporting:

"...the Houston office of Dr. Conrad Murray is currently being raided by federal authorities ... and we've learned they are looking specifically for all medical records relating to Michael Jackson. We're told 8 Drug Enforcement Agency vehicles arrived at his offices about 30 minutes ago. Two LAPD detectives also arrived on scene along with uniformed members of the Houston Police Department and 10 members of the DEA's Tactical Diversion Team. There are another dozen or so DEA agents on hand. The law enforcement agents, armed with a search warrant, entered the property and began going through the property."

Hold on tight, ya'll. It's all about to hit the fan.

Dear Janet Jackson: Please Save Those Kids!

Oh, Dear Lord.
PLEASE let this happen?

A show of hands?? Who here thinks this is the best possible situation for Michael Jackson's children?

OK Magazine (aka "Take With a Grain of Salt" Magazine) is reporting:

"All three want Janet to read to them at night," a Jackson family friend says. "They just melt into her arms when she walks into the house."

The feeling is mutual, adds the insider.

"Janet has completely bonded with those children in the last two weeks," the friend continues. "She has been their rock. It's clear to everyone that they are looking to her for comfort and guidance."

One concern raised is that at 79, caring for three kids might be too much for Katherine, a problem eased by Janet's presence.

"Janet is not only willing to raise those children, she is also the only relative who knows how to protect them," the insider tells OK!. "Janet knows the value of a private life and knows how to keep her personal life out of the news. She is determined to do that for Michael's children. She is saying that he would want no less for them, pointing out how far he went to shelter them."

Think about it. We hardly ever hear crap about Janet Jackson. She managed to keep her marriage to that a-hole who cheated on her a secret for years. Remember? The one whose hands covered her boobs on the cover of Rolling Stone?

Janet was married to
these hands, and
we never even knew it!

ANYtheonlynormalJackson. This is the best idea I've heard for those three children. Miss Jackson knows how to keep things private. If it's up to her father, Joe, those poor kids will be headlining in Vegas next summer. GAAHH!
