Susan Boyle. Flawless.Yesterday, I kept seeing stories about this woman, Susan Boyle, performing on the U.K.'s Britain's Got Talent. I glanced at her photo, some smirking women in the audience's photos, and some of Simon Cowell. I figured this was just some horrible, mean-spirited bashing of a woman who "thought" she could sing, and I wanted no part of it--so I skipped it all. It took my mom sending the link to a YouTube video of Susan singing a sweeping ballad from Les Miserables for me to actually watch what all the buzz is about.

omigod omigod omigod! Jinx and double jinx. I obviously don't follow the show in France but i was zapping about on Youtube today and after watching Stavros Flatley (LOL) i clicked on her! WOW!! Same as you i thought what could a dowdy old woman possibly do to impress me. I was SO wrong. Even showed J.N. when he got back from work and we both sat with squishy eyes and dropping jaws. Magic wasnnit?
