Chris Brown Works Out a Plea Deal

Plea deal...no jail time.

Sigh. Chris Brown got his money's worth hiring defense attorney Mark Geragos, that's for sure. There will be no jail time and he'll have 5 years probation for beating the crap out of then-girlfriend, Rihanna. The judge in the case indicated that she "wanted to treat this case as any other case", thus ordering domestic violence therapy, 180 days of community service and, as stated above, 5 years probation, given that he had no previous record. There will be no trial.

That's the way the law is stated, so there's no use in wasting any more space on this thug and his reluctant to cooperate former girlfriend.
